confirm availability. Then fill in the booking form
and return it together with a deposit of £25. Payment in full is required
one week prior to the party. Cheques payable to: fun4all
(play centres) Ltd.

Deposits are non refundable.
All parties must have a minimum of 10 children attending.
One adult to 5 children should remain throughout the party.
Socks must be worn at all times and long trousers are
recommended.
