We have daily safety inspections, pay rigid attention to health and safety standards and CRB check our staff to provide a safe and secure environment for you and you children. To help us we ask that you respect our rules of entry

• All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian
• We provide members of staff who monitor the play area and have access to first aid facilities; they are not provided to supervise children
• For safety reasons there is a height restriction on entry
• Shoes must not be worn on the play equipment
• Socks (or tights) are to be worn at all times
• Children should not be allowed to climb the slides and it is forbidden to climb the netting on the play frames
• No food, drink, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken into play areas
• Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects, etc must not be taken into the play area by children using the equipment
• Personal items should be left with parents/guardians – we cannot accept any liability for loss
• Items found or handed in will be kept in lost property for 2 weeks
• Rough play or bullying will not be tolerated; good behaviour is expected at all times
• Adults should only go onto the play frames to assist smaller children
• Only food or drink purchased at our café may be consumed
• No climbing up the slide or netting
