Our Little Superstars Sports Club classes
are designed to introduce pre-school children
to the world of sports and fitness in a fun and
exciting way

Every session starts with warm up games & stretchesAn activity of the week then teaches various movements around the sport, developing motor skills, body awareness, balance, movement and ball ability.
Sports covered include football, basketball, rugby, racquet sports, golf, gymnastics, cricket, obstacle courses and aerobics, amongst others

Cool down session includes stretches, parachute play, horse riding and bubbles.
